1963

W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc established to offer commercial and personal insurance.  

1965

Zodiac Finance Ltd began trading. A finance company offering competitive rates of interest to assist clients of W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc to pay their premiums by monthly instalments.

1986

W Denis Financial Services Ltd formed to provide independent financial advice on specialist areas including investments, retirement planning, employee benefits, life assurance and pensions.

2000

W Denis Credit Risks Ltd was set up predominantly to give specialist advice and credit insurance to companies in the event of their debtors going into liquidation. Also political risks Insurance is provided which mitigates a variety of trade and asset risks and provides critical balance sheet protection for foreign investors, exporters and lenders.

2002

Lloyd’s of London granted W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc full accreditation as a Lloyd’s Broker, one of only approximately 180 Lloyd’s Brokers in the UK. http://www.lloyds.com/

2003

London office opened on Lloyd’s Avenue, London in the heart of the City and within short walking distance of Lloyd’s and the majority of the headquarters of major financial institutions.

2003

W Denis Holdings Plc was established to offer financial support and commitment to the group companies to enable them to continue their profitable growth and to remain totally independent of all other outside financial influences or pressures. Also to take advantage of acquisitions and/or the formation of other new companies.

2009

W Denis Insurance Direct Ltd was formed to provide a competitive, personal and dedicated service to smaller companies. Catering for the needs of the SME market where traditionally many of our competitors, including internet businesses, have proved to offer an impersonal and inadequate service.
