W DENIS ACQUIRE JCP INSURANCE BROKERS

July 2011 – The acquisition gains business in credit insurance schemes for "specialist agricultural traders" and adds £800m to the value of W Denis' insured turnover

W Denis Credit Risks Ltd has acquired JCP Insurance Brokers Ltd of Essex for an undisclosed sum.

The majority of business gained through this transaction is a niche trade credit insurance scheme for ‘specialist agricultural traders`, and adds £800M to the value of insured turnover controlled by W Denis Credit Risks Ltd.  

W Denis Credit Risks Ltd operates from offices in Leeds and London and is a subsidiary of Leeds head quartered W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc.
