LATENT DEFECTS INSURANCE APPOINTS W DENIS AS CAPACITY AND INSURANCE BROKER

January 2011 – Warranty win as W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc brokers new binding authority contracts comprising 19 schemes

One of the world’s leading providers of Latent Defects Insurance has appointed W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc as its capacity / insurance broker.

Following a very extensive and detailed market appraisal, W Denis Insurance Brokers Plc has brokered new binding authority contracts which comprise 19 schemes in all.

The new deal comprises an exclusive, multi-year, multi-national programme to provide latent defects insurance on residential and commercial property in the UK, Spain and Cyprus.
